1996 Anele established in the Aegean Free Zone in Izmir, Turkey, for transit ship supply services and activities. Anele A.Ş. is the first company in the Free Trade Zone to provide ship chandlery for transit ships and airline catering supply services
1997 Strategic alliance initiated with Köpcke Global Trading
1998 Albatros Ltd established as a general ship supplier in the ship chandlery sector in the Alsancak Port, Izmir
2000 Anele expands into activities in other transit supply sectors
2001 Asist Gida is set-up in Izmir to provide local products to international ships; A-Team Ship Repair and Operation is formed to provide technical material and services
2001 AVS Maritime Services established to consolidate ship supply activities for national and international ships in the center for commercial maritime activities in Tuzla, Istanbul
2004 GKS Maritime Services established in the Tuzla Deri Free Trade Zone to provide logistical support to AVS
2004 VHT Logistics was established in the Mersin Free Zone, Mersin, Turkey to provide servies to Iraq and to the nearby Middle East
2004 Majority stake in the M/F Captain Zaman ship belongin to Sirene Denizcilik A.Ş. is acquired ın order for the Group to be strategically aligned with the maritime sector and to provide service to ship chandler activities
2005 Vatan Canned Foods located in Bursa acquired from international investors
2005 Asist Gıda and Albatros Ship Chandlery merged
2005 A-Team Ship Repair and Operation sold to management
2006 Group exits from ship supply sector to focus on wholesale ship supply by selling GKS to sectoral partners
2006 AVA Holding A.Ş. is formed in Istanbul to consolidate all group companies and create operational and financial synergies
2006 Majority shareholding position in MESLINE
2006 Following activities in the construction sector Hayat Construction S.A. founded and added to Holding. Later this company is sold to focus on the maritime sector
2007 VHT and VATAN are sold
2008 Sirene Denizcilik A.Ş. partnership is dissolved and the company is closed
2008 AVS located in Tuzla, Istanbul, moves to company headquarters to provide Turkish ships services in international ports
